Mission
The Hogwarts Howler operates under the barest supervision, acting as a voice for the students, by the students. Any student can contribute, but most articles come from regular members.
The club meets once a month to put together a new issue and plan for the next one. The actual paper is printed and circulated around the Great Hall during meals. It's common to find back issues in the bathrooms and common rooms.
