Short Bio: The ever-kicking Matriarch of the Flickwick Clan, she raised three of her own boys, and then the six of her grandsons her no account boy-child Conall abandoned his muggle wife Brighid for some Wicked Witches Weekly model, when Duncan was seven years old. By the time he was 14 and enrolled at Hogwarts (his brothers were either enrolled or had graduated and were making their own way) Brighid passed on from either exhaustion or grief - Magda could never be completely sure. She did the best she could, especially with Duncan, supporting the boys with a small shop in their village that catered to both magic and muggle. As a skilled Seer she played psychic to the muggles and Apothecary to the Wizards. She has passed both these gifts down to her youngest grandchild. Three years ago after a nasty fall in her garden Duncan and Ramona convinced her that selling the shop and living out the rest of her life surrounded by her family and friends was a much better use of her time. The singular flaw in this idea is that all the babies are grown off and being Witches or musicians. She’s a feisty spirited lady and has a great amount of distain for the fact that her grandson wants to treat her as though she is feeble and not capable of looking after herself. During the school year she find him most insufferable and spends a lot of time traveling between his five brothers and old friends, when she has to be home she spends much time cooking and brewing. She is the main reason that John made it through Hogwarts without pimples, her potions are most effective.
