- Position: Apothecary, owner of Sellaphix Apothecary; currently a prisoner in Azkaban
Appearance: He's a big man, and somewhat bulky. He's got a close, dark beard.
Short Bio: He's quite gruff, but has a more quiet temper. He is very hard on his son Figaro, expecting him to take up running the Apothecary when he's old enough. He's not an outright criminal, but is quite lose with trade laws. Luckily, he's got enough sense not to advertise or become too successful with black market stuff, so he's not yet been cited for anything major.
However, he was arrested the morning of October 15 when he was linked to a large volume of cured runespoor venom, a very illegal substance in a very dangerous and illegal form.
Rafe Sellaphix is the co-owner of Sellaphix Apothecary in Knockturn Ally with spouse Zelda Sellaphix. He is the father of Hufflepuff Figaro Sellaphix and Ravenclaw Frank Sellaphix.
As of October 16, he is being held at the Ministry awaiting trial on charges connected to Runespoor Smuggling.
