She is known to be an unperturbed and sadistic witch, as well as a prominent figure in the criminal community. Those who wish to find her eventually do but she is very rarely known to them beforehand- at least not by name. Besides possessing an inherently cruel mindset, Ira has been in the business of assassination for over the last twenty years of her life.
