Winifred is a fourteen year old girl who still has a lot of maturing left to do. She's stuck somewhere between childhood and womanhood, and is enoying it- so far. She's nice and friendly, but has a tendency to gossip. Winnie has the unique ability to play with the boys and dish with the girls without compromising who she is.
