Roland is a young, conflicted boy who lost his childhood when he was young: First to Fenrir Greyback and then to his own grandfather. He was trained from a young age to become much like his own father, Robert, by his ambitious grandfather, resulting in an incredible inferiority complex due to the standard he's supposed to live up to. Even so, beneath his loner exterior lies a kind, artistic little boy who only wishes that he had more than just a small steel-and-silver dagger for whittling with which to remember his father by.
