Werewolf Wing case workers are social workers for werewolves assigned by the Ministry.


Known Case Workers

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Case workers work in the werewolf wing of the DRCMC to help coordinate services for British citizens afflicted with the curse of lycanthropy. Such responsibilities include

  • Finding suitable jobs, housing and safehouses (if the werewolf in question has the means to afford them)
  • Conducting periodic inspections of said safehouses, particularly private facilities
  • Contacting Ministry-approved contractors in order to have one built
  • Following up on post-transformation medical issues and concerns when necessary
  • Ensuring that their assigned werewolves receive their monthly dose of Wolfsbane Potion
  • Dealing with all the necessary paperwork
  • Working with mentors (if applicable)
  • Conducting bi-monthly sensitivity training for new recruits to the Werewolf Capture Unit
  • Regularly checking in and writing up reports
  • Offering counsel to the individual and/or their guardian(s)
  • (When minors are involved) Arranging home visits, arranging childcare, and helping to counsel clients regarding their options for educating afflicted youth
  • Being on call for emergencies
  • Working 24-hour shifts during full moons
  • Finding legal counsel if a crime has been committed
  • Frequently checking in with any clients who have offended in some way and have mandated restrictions
