Goblins

Appearance

Goblins are a species of sentient magical beings and live all over the world. They are typically under 5ft tall with long pointed hears and long fingers. Their skin tone ranges from pale tan to olive, brown to grey.

Magic

Goblins have an access to magic unique to wix. They are most known for their magical device enchantments, and alchemy. Notable goblin magic includes the Goblet of Fire and the Sword of Gryffindor.

European Goblins

European Goblins speak several languages in the Gobbledegook family. Goblins are raised in large extended families and clans and rarely marry humans. Goblin culture emphasizes a well-rounded education including more muggle-like engineering and mathematics. Wix have benefited over the centuries from goblin artefacts and magical devices.

Goblin Law

The Ministry of Magic has and continues to oppress goblins. Goblin affairs are managed by the Being Division in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. They are subject to the Statute of Secrecy and are all but entirely prohibited from operating in the Muggle World.

Ubangian Tikoloshe

The Ubangian Tikoloshe are a type of Goblin in the Central African Republic.
