Balfour Spectre may head the Ministry's Beast division as his day job... but once every two weeks, in the dead of night, he anonymously hosts the Haunting Hour. This is done with the technical help of a cousin working at the WWN and it is broadcasted from the basement floor of his apartment building, House of Atreus in Knightsbridge.
The show is a playful but sharp commentary on the media, Ministry and Wizarding society. Unlike his daytime persona, Balfour is bitingly critical of these subjects when he is on air. He also takes calls from listeners- who address their tuners (recent models only) or use modified telephones (landline only).
