Flora & Fauna

Herbology is one of the core classes held at Hogwarts and is certainly the dirtiest. Herbology focuses on the care, harvesting and use of magical flora for a number of uses, most commonly in potions. Students have been known to be seriously injured in the class due to the dangerous nature of many magical plants.

Classroom

Classes take place in the school's many greenhouses. The students are often set to work in long lines of planters or at carefully set up desks.

Class Content

Graham Bombay (Sept 01 - March 09)
Bombay was the Herbology professor for nearly a decade and was a rather sour fellow. Competent with plants and usually fond of talented students, he nonetheless had difficulties with younger students and rather openly disliked them.
