Dugan Macduff is a criminal and an [[Ex-Azzie]]. He has multiple convictions on his record, as well as a number of crimes he was not caught for. Dugan is the cousin to [[Cináed Tawse]]. In December of 2008, Dugan willingly participated in Cináed's werewolf bioweapon experiment.
