Mai is generally a quiet, mild mannered person when she's not being harassed or hasn't been riled into a foul mood. When she feels threatened, though, she becomes cold and clinical, verbally attacking the offender until they leave her alone. She's a rather lonely person as it's more often than not that she offends any interested peers, driving them away from her. She aspires to be great, proving her worth and that her decision to join the magical community at the cost of her family was the right one.
