Figaro is a sixth year Hufflepuff. His parents own Sellaphix Apothecary. He's talkative and not at all studious. He's good friends with Xavier Tawse, Sasha Schlagenweit and the rest of the Hufflepuffs like Fauna Blake.
He was born in Manchester and is expected to take up the family business.
His father is Rafe Sellaphix (NPC).
