Appearance: She has sark skin, and black hair. It's kept short in little locks. In her age, she's gone soft around the middle, a cozy great great grandmother, but spry as any witch of her age should be.
Short Bio: Heloise was a Gryffindor and knew Xiomara Hooch in school. She had a family after leaving Hogwarts and made brooms from home. She met Hooch when WWII began and they were message-fliers together. After the war, Heloise continued making brooms and raising her family. Once the kids were all out of the nest she was able do more work in brooms. Now she is a consultant for Quality Quidditch and writes books about brooms. She still makes custom brooms for customers who can pay for it.
