Emily Louise Carter

Emily Louise "Emmylou" or "Lou" Carter (b. 1991) is a witch and Gryffindor alumnus. She is the youngest daughter of the late Leon Carter. She is also the niece of Miranda Elliot, and first cousin of fellow Gryffindor George Carter. Emmylou is close friends with Fauna Blake, Grace Eddy, Quinn McAvoy and her cousin George.
