Welsh wixes have the option to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in Scotland. Children with magical abilities are enrolled at birth, and acceptance is confirmed by owl post at age eleven. They also have the option to attend other wizarding schools abroad, like Durmstrang Institute.
