Daughter of a Death Eater's couple, Alethea Selwyn never agreed with her parents ideals. She describes herself as a freedom-lover, instead of simply muggle-lover, and completely adores to work with them in their world; even her duty being to protect the State of Secrecy, inventing lies to the muggle's press about some magical fatalities and other things that cannot be entirely hid.
