Appearance: Image - a very large, scaly, fat, stuffed crocogator.
Short Bio: Once a normal, frolicking crocogator in Louisiana, USA, the creature that became Boris died of natural crocogatory causes, was found by a muggle woman who had him taxidermied and kept him on her porch to scare away door-to-door salesmen, where he was subsequently animated by a bout of accidental pre-adolescent magic. He followed his creator to Salem, where he's been for decades, mooching off the ambient magic and generally making a nuisance of himself.
Extra Information: This is really important: Boris doesn't move when anyone is looking--ever! So a student may feel him moving over their feet or nudging them with a big leathery nose, but the minute they peek under the table, he'd be frozen. He sort of appears places in those miniseconds when everyone's attention is distracted. Like, where did he come from? He's been caught "falling" from places as though he were badly balanced on a shelf, but it's not fooling anyone. The only exception are students who are out after curfew, who may remember (although it was very dark) something low to the ground with terrifying rows of teeth coming after them. He shows up lots of places where he shouldn't be, so feel free to have him noticed out of the corners of eyes or such. More information can be found HERE
