| Summary: | Adon and Jonas have undertaken their surveillance of Azize Mulogo. On a Sunday morning, while they are waiting for him to arrive at the Ministry, assassin Azorma Hyskos approaches in the form of Adon's brother Dreogan. Thinking that Dreogan is attempting to interfere in the operation, Adon goes to confront "him," but he is stabbed with a Runespoor venom-coated blade and goes down after a fight.
Vedir Prideaux, a Hogwarts governor, exits the Visitor's Entrance in the middle of the scuffle. Seeing him, Azorma immediately flies into a murderous rage, until only a last-second, desperate act can stop her. | ||
