Full Moon Fancies

"Full Moon Fancies" is a series of melodramatic harlequin-esque romance novels that center on werewolf love interests.

Each novel is a stand-alone story set against a variety of period and modern day settings. Protagonists are often witches although a handful of novels feature wizard leads and queer content.

The conceit of every romance revolves around the dramatisation of sexual aggression supposedly inherent to werewolves. This has drawn critique from some who believe the novels play to dangerous stereotypes, while others claim it is no more problematic than your average harlequin romance.

Full Moon Fancies are written by several different authors under the same pen name, Scarlett Wagstaff.
