Career
Worked for the Ministry in the Department for Magical Law Enforcement, in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts office. It was here that his love of charms expanded.
He was invited to teach Charms at Hogwarts after Professor Filius Flitwick went into retirement in 2004, after returning to his teaching post after the Battle of Hogwarts. Filius had felt he left on bad terms, as he resigned from his position as part of a mutiny with Minerva McGonagall, an uprising against Severus Snape during his time as headmaster.
Livermore taught at the school for four years, but devised a sales strategy to make him rich - he charms trees in a way that make them accessible and safe for the wizarding garden. These trees talk to whoever is in the garden, holding normal conversations as though they are real people, and unlike his attempt last year, hold no threat to the people in the garden themselves.
He was succeeded at Hogwarts by Kendall Fleetfoot.
