Pentral Song

The original title of the song has been lost and is known now as the Pentral Song, a 1500s magical verse warning of Dementors and Pentrals. It is very obscure as knowledge of Pentrals had faded into superstition until 2011.

According to Lazarus Blackburn, the song was included in a pre-Statute of Secrecy book he found in the York Minster [1]. Natalie Morrow recalls snatches of the song but she doesn't know from where. She shared song with Virgil Carstairs and Abigail Reid. [2]
