Theodora Kingstreet is a convicted traitor, Ex-Azzie, and once fugitive from the law.
She started out as a lawyer in the Ministry of Magic in the 1970s and was instrumental in prosecuting Death Eaters following both wars. She was later found to have engaged in prosecutorial misconduct against Leo Gamp. Plot:Vindication vs Exoneration
In 1998, she was convicted of having attempted to allow Voldemort into the Ministry. Despite evidence she was insane, she was imprisoned. In 2004 she did not escape during the Azkaban Prison Break.
In 2008 she somehow gained her release. She orchestrated the Plot:Remembering Day Murders, was a fugitive for a time, and in 2010 was captured and sent to Azkaban again. Daily Prophet: Kingstreet Brought To Justice.
Kingstreet's testimony was crucial in the 2011 release of Leo Gamp. While in prison in 2012, Kingstreet managed to murder an Azkaban guard in an attempt to frame Genevieve García-Gamp.
