Occupation Rework

• Positions defined on organization/business pages.
• Organization structure defined on organization/business page in addition to positions.
• New Titles would need to be added to organization page before being available in character infobox form
• All businesses with employees would need a wiki page.
• Hopefully able to create cast of characters from this.
