| Summary: | Heliotrope spends a Saturday afternoon picking weeds out of the lake. As she works along the shore, Tynan and Dilly ask her what all the weeds are for. She explains that she uses them for fishing. Not believing her, the other children watch her give a demonstration. Dilly spots a kelpie colt rising from the water. The quick instincts of the raised by merfolk Heliotrope are able to stun the creature. Tynan and Heliotrope work swiftly to tie it down. | ||
