Johann Storm is found on Level 5 by Kadyn Hamilton after a Sleeping Potion Overdose. He takes him straight to St Mungo's hospital and abandons him in the reception. Once brought to the plant an potion poisoning floor, Joy Torret revives Johann and is joined by Arcturus Hollingbury who question him on the circumstances. Given the answers, Joy admits Johann as a patient.

Bored, Johann Storm wanders the third floor accidentally annoying other patients until Arcturus Hollingbury has a word. Eventually things take a turn for the worst, Joy Torret uses her animagus form.

Arcturus Hollingbury discharges Johann Storm though the parting is not terrible amicable.

At the St Mungo's new year fundraiser, Arcturus Hollingbury stumbles across a group of attendees to socialise with, including Johann Storm who introduces him to the others.

After reminders from his Department Head and cousin, Gabrielle Murray, Johann Storm keeps a follow-up appointment at St Mungo's with Arcturus Hollingbury. Unfortunately blood doesn't lie, and Hollingbury's quiet persistence results in Johann finally being a little more honest about his sleeping potion addiction. In return, Arcturus suggests a less conventional treatment - the pub and good old fashioned talking.

Arcturus and Johann meet for their second unconventional appointment, in the Leaky Cauldron.

As the Leaky Cauldron is too busy given it is Saturday when they next meet, Arcturus Hollingbury suggests they go back to his parent's place in Stuart Road, Acton. Once alone, things begin to move on from a new friendship to something more.

Arcturus and Johann are naturally keeping their new relationship incredibly quiet given how it begun. Johann Storm ends up roped into a speed dating event in Hogsmeade under the impression he is single. Reporter, Jane Hunter, ends up with the worst 'date' and more a friendly chat instead...

Having been unable to spend valentines day together, Johann decides to leave Arcturus a little note in his office at St Mungo's on the following day while he's in the building for work. Elixa Mordent chances upon him and strikes up conversation.

Elixa Mordent gets back home to Diagon Alley and thinks she hears Arcturus Hollingbury taking a shower. As she has a terrific crush on her housemate, she lies in wait to see if she might glimpse him semi-clothed, as he's very modest. To her horror she is greeted by Johann Storm who has a spare key and is there to spend a little time with Arcturus, and worse still, he's used her towel.

Elixa Mordent is both trying to help keep the flat in Diagon Alley clean, and also do some snooping on Arcturus Hollingbury, convinced he's got a girlfriend.

Elixa tells Arcturus, her housemate, that she'll probably be out all night. Soon after she leaves, Johann Storm turns up, black and blue from a fight. Arcturus Hollingbury is quick to patch him up, and the two spend a somewhat typical Friday night together sharing the same space quietly until Johann can stand it no more and claims Arc's attention.

Expecting Arcturus to be on a night shift, Elixa Mordent throws a house party. Arcturus comes home unexpectedly to find their Diagon Alley flat full of people which is hell for the quiet healer.
Johann Storm feels terrible and the two of them retire to Stuart Road for an evening instead. They in turn are interrupted by Arc's parents getting home, so Johann hides in Arc's old wardrobe, and eventually falls asleep.
In the morning, Arcturus introduces Johann to his parents over Sunday morning breakfast, and they go together to visit Alethea Hollingbury's grave.[Edit]
Elixa Mordent demands Johann Storm keep her company at Diagon Alley because she is shaken up from being held at wandpoint in the hospital apothecary. Eventually she falls asleep on top of him on the sofa. Arcturus Hollingbury comes home a little before dawn to find them.

Though Spring has generally brought improvements in addiction, there are the odd nights where the temptation is almost too great.

Now house-sitting for Ignan Storm in Godric's Hollow, the cousins take a walk in the Spring air, and Johann Storm explains a little more about Annie and Joey and that he is in a new relationship, though does not disclose who Arcturus Hollingbury is.

At the Hogwarts career fair, Arcturus Hollingbury is manning the St Mungo's stand. Across the Great Hall, Johann Storm runs the DIMC stand, and whenever their paths cross, it is purely portrayed as friends

Johann Storm replies to Arcturus Hollingbury, provisionally forgiving him and alluding to the confusion over Arc's departure. The tone is entirely upbeat, and Johann admits that he has very recently moved on.

I read the books in your room a while back to try and sleep, though I read them again this week as you prompted. Definitely not captivating, but I now have a better understanding of your fascination with the hard to harvest deathpod and the Malayan fauna for the fact of reading 243 pages. That rip-roaring yarn had me unable to put it down, what a thrill. You can safely imagine a droll expression to accompany that.Johann Storm

Elixa Mordent writes to Arcturus Hollingbury, missing him and frustrated that Johann Storm has vanished following the death of Wolfgang Storm.

After an exchange of letters, Elixa Mordent writes back to Arcturus Hollingbury to mention she has found a set of photographs he sent Johann Storm which have been left behind in Diagon Alley. Strangely there are no photos of Arcturus amongst them and she teases him for being camera-shy. In reality, Johann Storm has taken them with him on his run to Slandermouth.

Arcturus Hollingbury returns home to Diagon Alley, warmly greeted by Elixa Mordent and Johann Storm. Wine is consumed, feelings are trodden on and the two wizards say goodnight, very conflicted.

Things take an unexpected turn in the flat between Arcturus Hollingbury and Elixa Mordent, and leaves Arcturus with doubts about his previous relationship.

Sunday lunch at the Hollingbury's house in Stuart Road, Acton is a tradition, even for the odd guest. But some are harder than others.

Following the conversation, Arcturus Hollingbury rushes back to the flat in a state of heightened anxiety. Following a rapid dose of draught of peace, he explains everything to Elixa Mordent, from the conversation with Balfour Spectre to how he and Johann Storm came to be in a relationship and how they kept it from everyone.

Balfour Spectre runs into Arcturus Hollingbury in Diagon Alley. Aware of Arc's ties to Johann, Balfour cannot resist striking up conversation, something which makes Arcturus increasingly uncomfortable.

Following the events of Thursday, Elixa Mordent confronts Johann Storm and warns him off coming around for a while to let Arcturus recover.
